Reflections of Life


Bonnie Ruth Stinnette was born to the parentage of Ned and Frances Williams in Longview, TX on March 7, 1935. She went to be with the Lord peacefully on July 1, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. She met and married the love of her life Willliam Franklin Stinnette Sr. to this union were born 6 children.  


Bonnie was known for her kind heart, warm spirit, and unwavering love for her family and friends. She dedicated her life to raising her family, opening her home to anyone in need no questions asked and was the backbone that kept her family together, always putting others before herself.


Bonnie enjoyed laughing and sitting on her porch talking with others. She believed deeply in the importance of having a loving spirit and was devoted to her family, always providing comfort and a listening ear.


She is preceded in death by her husband, her parents and her sister Rosie Lee Wilburn.


She is survived by her children Sherlyn Jones, Louis Williams, Thea F. Stinnette, William Franklin Stinnette Jr. (Vickie), Darryl J. Stinnette (Toni); and by her niece and nephew, Vivian and Johnny Wilburn, whom she lovingly raised as her own, daughter Jessica Thomas preceded her in death along with 3 grandkids. In addition, she will be missed by her 16 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.


Her legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
