On July 29, 2025, Mr. Eric Devon Walker entered his Heavenly home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ.

Eric D. Walker’s life began on March 20, 1969, in Dallas, TX. He was the youngest of seven brothers. He attended George W. Carter Elementary School and L.G. Pinkston High School.

Eric’s spiritual journey started at Community Baptist Church with Rev. C.C. Robertson, where he was baptized and introduced to Christ early in life.

He was a father to three children: Tatiana Henderson, Eric D. Walker, Jr., and Dillion T. Walker.

He was preceded in death by his son, Dillion T. Walker; his mother, Ethel Rene Walker; his brother, Milton C. Rhodes; his grandfather, Edgar Henderson; his grandmother, Velma Willard; and many other loved ones.

He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Tatiana Henderson; his son, Eric D. (Christian) Walker, Jr.; along with three grandchildren, Eric D. Walker III, Cali Walker, and Tru’ D. Walker; his five brothers—Micheal (Kim), Rickey, Gary (Mary), Stevie (Brenda), and Keith Walker; his aunt, Faye D. Norwood; and a host of family and friends.
