Obituary of Shelia Ann Choice
A Celebration of Life
Shelia Ann Choice was born on July 16, 1960 in Dallas, TX to the proud parents of Willie and Dorine Choice. She graduated from David W. Carter High School.
Shelia accepted Christ at an early age at Metropolitan Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend George Payne founding Pastor. She later joined Concord Church under the leader of Pastor Bryan L Carter
Shelia adopted the love of her life a shih Tzu puppy – passionately named CoCo Chanel Choice for her love of Chanel perfume. Not only was Coco Shelia’s companion she became our family pet. Coco was with Shelia for over 15 years until she had to put her down on November 13, 2020.
Shelia loved life and family she was often the life and joy of our family gathering, being witty and telling funny stories. She was the sweetest giving daughter, sister and Aunt, she always came up with unique ideas to celebrate her love for others, she was a classy lady, if you knew Shelia there was one thing you could count on was she always had on her lipstick. She was a huge Dallas Cowboy fan if not at the game we would watch as a family, with the exception of Coco didn’t like all the noise from the cow bells and would hide under the bed.
Shelia had a great love of her sisters, we always celebrated our birthdays together, and Shelia loved her nieces and nephews she always encourage each of them to be the best at what they loved.
Shelia was a dedicated employee of Mc Kesson Pharmaceutical Corp. her career spanned over 23 years.
Until her passing. She had a long list of friends and had made lifelong friend with many.
As life would have it, on November 24, 2020, Shelia Ann Choice answered the master’s call and peacefully transitioned from time into eternity. When she arrived in Heaven she was greeted by her brother Willie J Choice Jr. and her loving dog Coco Chanel Choice.
She leaves to cherish her memory: parents Willie and Dorine Choice, sisters DyLinda (Robert) Washington, Gabrielle Choice and Monica Choice, Niece Tamara Polk, Nephews Christopher Choice and Chase Choice, great nieces Karsen, Kendall and Kelci Robertson, and a host of relatives and friends.
