Obituary of Rodger Eugene Cartwright

On April 17, 1942, Rodger Cartwright was born to the late Elizabeth Lonnie Cartwright of Waco, Texas. She had 2 children, Ella Jefferson and Rodger Cartwright. Rodger was reared in a Baptist faith. He was educated in the public schools of Waco. He graduated from Booker T. Washington High School of Dallas in 1962. He was a past member of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church. He was a longtime employee at DFW International Airport. He passed away November 25, 2018; He was preceded in death by his son Roger Johnson. He leaves to celebrate and honor his life a cherished former wife, Ruby Cartwright, his daughters Angela (David) Marshall, and Rosaline Montgomery. He also leaves behind his grandson Aaron (Kendra) Marshall, Granddaughter Janie Marshall, Granddaughter Rachel Montgomery and Godson, Jerome Walston. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews and loving relatives and loyal friends.
