To the Powell Family
On behalf of my family, we take this time to express my personal condolences to the family of Robert L Powell. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends during this moment of sadness. May all grieving hearts please draw loving comfort from this promise where God tells us about the resurrection hope that He extends to those who have fallen asleep in death. This comforting promise is recorded at John 5:28-29. In these verses, God tells us that He would soon call to those in the grave to stand up in life again. From the reading of these verses, God is telling the Powell family that God has power to overturn death and restore Robert and others back to life. In fact, from the reading of these verses, God is giving us His personal guarantee that Robert family can entertain the hope of seeing Him and others again. We can have the upmost confidences that this arrangement will take place, because God is the source of life for all creative things. (Psalm 36:9) Today, all can build up their faith by reading all nine accounts that speaks about the resurrection blessing from God. There are nine accounts in the Bible that speaks about this future blessing. Here is just one such example that is recorded at John 11:32-44. I hope that all will get a chance to see how these loving verses apply to Robert, and to others who await their personal awakening from death. So please keep this promise of God near your hearts at all times. Remember that when God makes a promise, it becomes reality. For it is impossible for God to lie. ( Titus 1:2)
