A little more than 50 years ago, a few of us had a lesson in cooking scrambled eggs correctly. Mrs Toles stressed to us not to just scramble the eggs in the skillet but to beat them in a bowl and fold them as they cook. To this day I think of her when I make eggs and smile. Up to last week I tried to make sure I called her periodically just to say hello and to let her hear from me. I will miss those conversations. Evelyn J (Davis)Cleveland, Columbia MO
