God Rest the soul of Mr. Joe Smith, a loving husband, father and an outstanding gentleman. Joe and Opal were model parents as is evidenced in their four highly successful children. I had the honor and privillege of being an administrator when they attended David W. Carter High School. The lives and legacy of Joe and Opal will continue forever in the services of their children..
