I was saddened to hear of George's death. I was blessed to have worked for him at the City of Albion and have remained friends for many years. George had a way of injecting laughter into every situation. He poured himself into his projects and his people. He met his wife, Sandy, in Albion. Everyone said it wouldn't last because they were so different. They had a beautiful loving relationship. He was devoted to her and took care of her until her death. The world is a better place because of his projects in many cities, his beloved daughters and many friends.
