I miss Kevin. My heart aches for his 4 brothers, two of which are probably too small to remember him. We loved this kid, but more importantly he loved us, and we showed our love to each other while he was here. His purpose is served, his life although short was a good one, he made people happy, he smiled and was just plain funny. He enjoyed this life. What's important now, is to know that he gave his life to Christ 4 years ago, and because of that he will live eternally. The Bible tells us after death the righteous sleep, true rest, and will rest until Christ calls his name to rise, and meet him, and at that time it will be as if he was asleep for only a moment. If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior you will see Kevin again, so be encouraged, remember him, pray for his family. John 11:25 1 Thessalonians 4:16 and 1 Corinthians 15:50-57

To all family and friends of the deceased, Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. Many have found true comfort in the pages of God's word the Bible (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4). In God's word we find the promise that we can be reunited with our loved ones (John 5:28,29; Acts 24:15). The Bible tells us where this happy reunion will take place (Psalm 37: 11, 29; Matthew 5:5). We are told why we die (Genesis 3:17-19; Romans 5:12), and that Jehovah, the God of the Bible (Psalm 83:18), will end death forever (Isaiah 25:8; Revelation 21:3,4). At John 8:32 Jesus said " and you will know the truth and the truth will set you free". For more information please visit the website jw.org.

My family and I are sorry for the loss of Kevin. Someone so young I'm sure it's hard to let go of. Please look forward to the promise found in the Book of Revelation chapter 21 verse 4 that promises soon death and pain will be no more. Our deepest condolences are with your family.

Vanessa, I know you are feeling not the best right now but GOD will pull you and your family through it. I've been there :) Keep his memories close to your heart the good and bad and know that GOD has you in his hands and walking side by side with you saying in time, in time I will heal you I will give you peace and know he is true to his word because it will come. We love you and love all that you do. I pray for God to take each one of your hands and lovingly caress them for him to caress your cheeks when you are feeling sad, lift you up when you feel you cannot go another step, step in line for you and take your burdens away. Lovingly submitted your Carter High classmate Leatrice Newhouse.
