Obituary
Cloteil Cole was born on August 7, 1937, in Arp Texas.
She was the eleventh child born to the parentage of the late Jesse E. Cole and Hattie Sullivan Cole.
She accepted Christ at an early age at Cool Springs-Spring Chapel CME Church in Arp Texas.
Cloteil graduated from Arp Industrial High School, she attended several HBUs Prairie View A& M College, Texas Southern University, and Texas College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business education. Cloteil also taught in the elementary level.
Cloteil moved to Dallas Texas and worked for Western Union for 37 years they considered themselves as the “fastest way to move your money”.
Cloteil was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Lawrence, Frank, Harbert, Jesse, Charles, sisters Dorothy, Verta, Helen, Spencerene, Phennye. Lifelong special friend Hiawatha Dean.
Cloteil was one of Dallas Cowboy’s biggest fans, but she loved all sports.
Cloteil leaves to cherish her memories: Her daughter Portia and her husband Joseph Palmore, Grandsons Joseph Palmore III, Jay (Teshi) Palmore. Big Granny’s joy, Josiah, Jaylen, A’kenyah, Jonah, Adrian, Jayla, and Epic; also, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
