I worked with Tommy during his time at waste management. I’ll always remember him laughing and smiling. I never saw him upset. He always had that unique smile and spoke fondly of his family. You couldn’t be in a bad mood around Tommy. I pray God will bring comfort to the family. I’m proud to say he was my friend, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him
