Obituary of Nathaniel John Jr.
Nathaniel James John, Jr. was born October 30, 1941 in Dallas, Texas to Nathaniel James John Sr. and Genevie John. “Shakey and Ski-bo” as he was affectionately known to all, departed on October 2, 2016, after an extended illness.
Nathaniel attended school in the Dallas Independent School District. At the age of 25 he was called to serve in the United States Army where he served for 2 years in Vietnam and Germany.
Nathaniel lived in Dallas, Texas his entire life and was employed at NCH Corporation for 42 years until he retired on January 30, 2009.
Nathaniel leaves to cherish his memories: his brother Billy Earl John, one niece: Paula Marie John and two nephews: Paul Edward John, Jr. Mark Earl John, one special cousin: Dena Arnold, five truly faithful and outstanding friends: Billy Gaunt, Leon Hanson, Merlin Jones, Charles Lock, James Savala and Ben Gabriel, a hosts of aunts, uncles, other relatives and enduring friends.
