In the mid 90's, I was assigned to the Alarm Unit & part of my job was to maintain the Reserve Unit records. There I met Mr. Diggs. I say that out of respect. You could hear Mr. Diggs before you saw him. He knew everyone by name. When he left the office I had a smile on my face. His presence just made my day. I'll miss his friendly outgoing demeanor but I know where he's at that he's making everyone smile!

Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. Many have found true comfort in the pages of God's word the Bible (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4). In God's word we find the promise that we can be reunited with our loved ones (John 5:28,29; Acts 24:15). The Bible tells us where this happy reunion will take place (Psalm 37: 11, 29; Matthew 5:5). We are told why we die (Genesis 3:17-19; Romans 5:12), and that Jehovah, the God of the Bible (Psalm 83:18), will end death forever (Isaiah 25:8; Revelation 21:3,4). At John 8:32 Jesus said " and you will know the truth and the truth will set you free". For more information please visit the website jw.org.

Joe was a wonderful friend and neighbor. He was frequently seen working around his lovely home in Chapel Downs. He was always friendly and willing to lend a helping hand if anyone needed it. We will miss Joe but know that he is once again with his loving wife. Sending prayers for Joe and his family. Bill Adams

I want to send my condolences to the Diggs Family. Joe was a good friend and excellent Reserve Officer. I was fortunate to have worked with Joe at DPD and at Sewell Cadillac when he was a Salesman and I was Head of Security some 35 years ago. He was a true gentleman and set a fine Christian example for those who knew him. May he RIP!
