Obituary of J Goodman
J. D., John Dallas Goodman the son of John Dallas and Rosie Lee Goodman was born in Athens Texas on June 17, 1923. He graduated from Fisher High School in Athens, Texas He moved to Dallas Texas and accepted Christ at an early age and joined the Church of the Living God under the leadership of Bishop C. C. Berry, Jr. J. D. owned and operated his own business successfully for many, many years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, seven brothers, Walker, Nathan, Ranel, John, Dan Eugene, Sam and Bennett and one sister, Dorothy Chisholm. J.D. leaves to celebrate his life and memories a loving and devoted wife, Lenora E. Goodman of 47 years.
