James Ira Carr, Jr, of Dallas, passed away Monday, October 29, 2012. Mr. Carr was born January 4, 1963 in Dallas, TX. He is the son of James Ira Carr Sr. and Betty Williams Carr.
Funeral Service: 11am, Monday, November 5, 2012 at Black and Clark Funeral Chapel-2517 E. Illinois Avenue-Dallas, Texas.
Interment: Lincoln Memorial Cemetery-Dallas, Texas
