James Asker Oakry, Sr. passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2012 in Dallas, Texas.
Mr. Oakry was born October 26, 1939 in Plano, TX. He is the son of the late Grady and the late Inez (Herndon) Oakry.
He served in the United States Army during Vietnam
He retired from Safeway after many years of service.
Funeral Service: 11AM, Wednesday, June 27, 2012
Wake: 7-8PM, Tuesday, June 26, 2012 both at Black and Clark Funeral Chapel-2517 E. Illinois Avenue-Dallas, Texas
Interment: DFW National Cemetery-Dallas, Texas
