Mrs. Watley was born in Austin, TX the daughter of the late Nelson and the late Alberta (Alexander) Wyatt.
She was united in matrimony to the late Eddie Watley.

Visitation: 1-6PM, Thursday, October 20, 2011, Black and Clark Funeral Home-2517 E. Illinois Avenue-Dallas, Texas
