Your mom was there after all our grannies and moms had been gone… even a couple of years after Baba, Ms. Fannie was it, we still had that grace of senior-ship with us…we never really realized that tomorrow would come, but God shows us time… of things to come. She was sweet, glad to be around, hated to see her leaving and loved to see her coming. Tamela Mann sang it best…I Can Only Imagine…that while Ms. Fannie was quiet the last few weeks, just maybe she had been on the Isle of Patmos viewing the throne, things so beautiful that they are unspeakable…when she said “it was 3 of them Marian” who could she have been talking about, maybe the image of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit…oh but the toss and turn though of our nights…even though you know she is alright, you will still miss your mama on this side…we’re just going to have to do this together…Love always Alvin and Marian
