Obituary of Jeanetta Woods Jeanetta Woods was born to the late Clarence Stewart and Era Hooks in Dallas, Texas in July 27, 1956. At an early age, she accepted Christ as her personal Savior and united with the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, and later with the Christ Trinity Missionary Baptist Church. She met and married the love of her life David Woods Sr. and together they raised their four wonderful children. On Saturday, March 19, 2011, God in His infinite wisdom called his daughter on home and fifty-four years of labor in His vineyard came to an end. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one sister Doris Hooks, and two brothers Keith and James Hooks. Left to cherish her memory and celebrate her new life is her loving husband of 30 years David who was there with her until the very end; her sons: Corey Randall Hooks Sr, David Woods Jr. Thomas Joseph Woods II (Sharese) and Rodrick Dewayne Woods (Chelsea), eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, three sisters, Joyce Hooks of California, Margie Evans (Al) and Cassandra Hooks of Dallas, TX, four brothers, Donald Ray Hooks, Phillip Hooks, Clarence Hooks and Michael Hooks all of Dallas, TX and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
