Obituary of Rosetta Chism
Rosetta Chism, of Dallas, Texas passed away June 3, 2010.
Mrs. Chism was born in Avenger, Texas to the late O.G and Georgia (Phillips) Turner.
She was a Beautician.
She experienced a new birth and received the Holy Ghost in April 1969 and she united with the Evangelist Temple C.O.G.I.C, under the leadership of the late Elder Travis Cannon where she served faithfully until 1977. In March 1977, she united with the Steven Temple Church of God In Christ, under the leadership of Pastor R. L. Asberry. She served faithfully as a member of the Prayer Band; Former President of the Senior Usher Board; Coordinator for the "Feed the Hungry" program, where she and her workers prepared food for the homeless for three years, until the City of Dallas discontinued the program. She was a faithful member of the Cornelia Wilkerson Sunday School class, until her health declined.

Christ, 344 E. Saner-Dallas, Texas
Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park, Dallas, Texas
