Sammie Lee Carter, age 79, of Dallas, TX, died at Baylor University Medical Center.
Mr. Carter was born in Terrell, TX, the son of the late Odell and the late Angine (Brown) Carter. He was married to Rosie Mary Mosley. He served in the Army. He was Self Employed as a Salesman. Calling hours will be Thursday, April 16, 2009 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The funeral will be Friday, April 17, 2009 at 11:00 AM. Both at Black And Clark Funeral Chapel, 2517 E. Illinois Ave., Dallas with Rev. John Morris, Jr. officiating. Burial will be at D/FW National, Dallas.
