Obituary of Rodney James Bellinger

Rodney James Bellinger, Sr. was born in Dallas, Texas, on January 5, 1970, to Larry J. Bellinger and LaJoyce Childress. He received his formal education at Atwell Middle School, David W. Carter High School and Mountain View Junior College. Rodney accepted Christ at an early age at Cedar Crest Church of Christ and also worshiped at the Dallas West Church of Christ. He was employed by IBM and AT&T as a technical analyst. he was also a music producer and manager in Dallas, and had a strong following. Rodney was preceded in death by his mother, LaJoyce Childress-Brown; and his grandparents, LaHue and Pauline Childress. He is survived by his son, Rodney James Bellinger, Jr.; granddaughter, Cadence; father, Larry J. Bellinger, and stepmother, Melba R. Bellinger; sister, Kemberly Hardge (Kevin); two stepbrothers, Steven Stanton of Dallas and Chris Anthony (Lisa) of DeSoto: two nieces, Karis and Kirah Hardge; and grandmother, Mary Johnson of New Braunfels Texas; along with special nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
