To the McGregor family, friends, loved-ones, and all that had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Curtis L. McGregor. I send my prayers and blessings to the, "God of Hosts" asking that his will be done by granting us all that are in mourning, a blessing of solace and peace. Mr. Curtis, as he was affectionately known, was a man of great faith and devotion to his God, family, and friends. As many of us remember, if Mr. Curtis had. . . you had. Mr. Curtis was a great man of emotional strength, intelligence, and insight who lived his life as he believed. Mr. Curtis will be sorrowfully missed but, his zeal and soul will live on through his children, grand children, and those who knew and loved him best. As we cherish the memories of Mr. Curtis L. McGregor, let us be mindful that we all must go this way one day and in the interim; let us take note of what's important. " Life is a gift, friendship is a gift, and answered prayers are a gift; neither can be given or earnestly received unless they come through God". Mr. Curtis lived his life to the fullest, and shared all that he had with many. Therefore, it is my belief that his prayers were answered; and as we celebrate his home going by acknowledging the precious time that we were fortunate enough to share with him. Rejoice in knowing that our Lord make no mistakes; and by and by may Mr. Curtis rest at the foot-stool of God. - So mote to be.
