I just received a call, that the nicest lady I knew Mrs Rubye L. Hervey passed away last Saturday. This is a big loss. Dear Carlos Hervey, my dearest friend and a sweetest daughter of Mrs Rubye, please accept my sincere, deepest condolences on the death of your beautiful mother.
