To the McGee Family:
WE take this time to express our personal condolences to the family of Ina B McGee. Our deepest thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends during this hour of great sadness. Yes once again death has taken another family member or friends who was special to many. All would have to admit that death is certainly a enemy to the human family.( 1 Corinthians 15:26) The remarks in this letter is designed to other know that changes from God are near at hand. We base this thoughts on the many wonderful promises that God has revealed in the pages of the Bible. Notice how these promises would provide loving blessing for God's earthly family. Directing all grieving hearts to the scriptures, please take note of the following promises. God tells us that we are near a special time period when He would rid the earth of all forms of sicknesses and death.(Revelation 21:3-4) Just imagine, that in the days soon to come, no person will ever get sick, grow old and die. Death will be a thing of the past. Once again the earth and the people on it will return to the way God has purposed it to be in the beginning. However, they is yet another promise that God wants all to know about. This promise deals with the restoring of life back to those who have died. This promise is recorded at John 5:28-29. In these verses God now tells us that he would cause a calling to go forth to those in the grave, and that our departed love ones would respond by standing up in life. Again can we envision this arrangement taking place? I personally enjoy this text. From this verse, God is giving us His personal guarantee that life for a great host of people will certainly take place. Why even the aging process will be reverses so that we become young again.( Job 33:25) Yes the earthly family have much to look forward to. The restoring of life will take place because God is the source of life for all created things.( Psalm 36:9) God has also provided nine accounts in the Bible that speaks about the resurrection blessing soon to take place earth wide. Here is just one such example recorded at Acts 9:36-42. I hope that all will be able to see how these verses apply to your family in a personal way. In closing we say to all to please keep this promise of God near your hearts at all times. Remember that when God gives a promise, it becomes reality. For it is impossible for God to lie.( Titus 1:2)
